The 'Mark of the High Calling', if there is nothing else to be remembered about what 'HaQodesh' is; just remember that it is referring to the one whose spirit 'being' is 'holy'. This is intertwined with that dynamic of their existence, located deep within the purpose and commission of G-d is:
'As one whose spirit operates and functions divinely, invoking the effect of Qodesh'.
'Mark of the High Calling', is for the One who is committed to worshipping the L_rd in the beauty of Qodesh.
